Boulder limits construction, artificially increasing the costs of housing, then wants small businesses to foot the bill when workers need more wages to afford housing. Perfect example of the government creating the problem then offering the solution at the expense of people just trying to make a living (only small businesses will be hurt by this, corporations will automate or shutter their locations).

Looks like slow motion land theft. Raise up the wage to make staying in business unaffordable, some large developer comes in and buys up the dying business.

Make them feel unwelcome if they have those views. It seems to work in other states.

I saw dozens of stories of commies from Cali moving to states like Idaho and then leaving after 2 years because they felt "unwelcome and unwanted". No shit, you are unwelcome and unwanted.
