Housing markets are fucked. Job markets are fucked. Basically everything is fucked. At least I am not a moron and if I can't work in tech for some reason anymore I can still fix a engine or build shit. My wife and I want the fuck out of here. I am already doxed-ish, everyone basically "knows" what state I am in due to my posting. Such is life I suppose. The plan to GTFO is rapidly accelerated but we are not going to get screwed on "market" shit at the same time. I think that things really hitting the fan are about 1.5-2 years away still (in the major metro's). Thank you for your thoughts/prayers though.
