The Westminster Police Department said the reporting party was driving near U.S. 36 with two kids in the car. Just before the off-ramp to Church Ranch Boulevard, another driver allegedly pointed a gun at them. Police found the reported car with a gun inside and arrested the driver. The name of the driver and potential charges haven’t been released.
