Archive: https://archive.today/QBvA4 From the post: A man initially taken into custody after a stabbing on Highway 287 in Broomfield was questioned and released without charges as police continue to investigate what prompted the stabbing. The stabbing was reported about 3:30 p.m. Saturday in the northbound lanes of the highway near West Midway Boulevard. A spokeswoman for Broomfield Police said a man threw a drink or bottle at another vehicle, and both drivers pulled over. It's not clear what prompted that person to throw the drink, according to police. The spokeswoman said one of the men got out of his vehicle and approached the other driver, who was inside his vehicle. The man who was outside his vehicle reached into the other vehicle and was slashed on his arm, the spokeswoman said.
