>Jennifer King still can’t believe a Larimer County judge let her half-brother out of jail on no more than a $250 bail just weeks before police say he attacked and killed their mother. “It blows my mind. It blows my mind, Chris,” King told 9NEWS Director of Investigations Chris Vanderveen. “I am livid. I am very, very mad.” Weeks before the Loveland Police Department say Michael Fuller killed Toni Fuller inside her home, Loveland Police arrested Fuller for, among other things, assault on a police officer. Body camera footage obtained by 9NEWS Investigates shows Fuller attempting to put an officer into a headlock after police responded to a 911 call from a woman walking her dog on Oct. 9, 2024. The woman reported Fuller acting bizarrely and throwing rocks at her at Namaqua Park. When police responded to the scene, Fuller told them he was with the FBI and ordered them to “stand down!” Shortly after officers attempted to tase Fuller, a fight ensued.
