I am not for giving the companies building new DC's huge tax incentives. They need to be built in places that make logical sense and have access to large amounts of power and water. As it is, there is already talk about the Colorado power grid collapsing (in the next 4 years) due to the amount of new people moving in and the popularity of EV's.
