Actually, those people either never read Animal farm (or any of the other similar ones from that time) or they have forgotten.

I bet you can ask any random Gen Z if they have read Brave new world, 1984, Animal Farm, etc.. and I bet nearly none of them have or even know what it is. The rest will probably say stuff like "I had ChatGPT summarize it for me for my exams".
