Smoking is bad in general but you aren't using my lungs to do it so you do you. I don't really see a reason for the "flavor" ban. People will just buy it somewhere else. Also, since its just City of Denver, you can just drive 5 minutes out of the city limits and buy whatever you want. Yet another stupid, pointless law that will probably not be enforced anyway.

Brenden Gentry, Denver's Tobacco Program Supervisor, acknowledged the situation but emphasized the city expects retailers to follow the ban.
