Yeah, the protest (if you see pics from the air) was pathetic. If you see the video or ground pics they make it look like 2 million people showed up. They can't even pay enough people to show up to this shit. I bet the majority of teachers that took the day off to "protest" didn't bother and just took a day to fuck about and do whatever they want since they knew a bunch of other people were going to take the day off too.

From the post:

>Hundreds of people gathered at the Colorado Capitol on Thursday to protest proposed changes to the state's education funding. The demonstration, which included teachers, parents and community members, highlighted concerns over potential funding changes that could affect school districts across the state. So many teachers attended the rally, that some students had school canceled today. But for the Poudre School District, it is spring break. That helped make it possible for the district to donate buses and drivers, so teachers from northern Colorado could join in the rally. Candice Mozer, president of the Poudre Education Association, was among those leading the effort from northern Colorado. She wanted northern Colorado to have a strong representation in the conversation about education funding. "We really are comparable to Boulder and Greeley," Mozer said.

Remember, they are allowing criminal illegal aliens to be in the school system that they are paying for all of their food, their school supplies, extra teachers that are multi lingual or translators PER STUDENT.
