Luke Barkhaus, 31, was arrested in connection with the Jan. 26 assaults and is being held on a $1 million bail in the Douglas County jail. According to an arrest affidavit from Parker Police, a man, later identified as Barkhaus, went into Las Portracas restaurant on Solar Circle around 6:15 p.m. Jan. 26 and asked a person near the front door whether a person named "Terry" was there. The employee replied no and then turned away to check whether a customer of that name had been seated, the document says.
