The homes which are a few blocks apart were targeted on Jan. 15. At 1:53 p.m. that afternoon a woman walked up the driveway and looked over the backyard fence of a home in the 7000 block of South Elizabeth Street. She then walked up to the front door and knocked, according to the sheriff's office.
