I would agree, except that the springs isnt so much a nigger community as it is is a general military community, active and retired. A lot of the issues in D3 in particular stem not from niggers being niggers but from the army not paying or treating enlisted correctly. It's fairly common practice for most to be on government assistance. I've heard of many families that have to scrape by on a single meal provides from the outside, school for the kids and defac for the parents. The only district exempt from this seems to be D12, and it's because of the housing costs of that area being the "rich" area. All the others are just trying to provide an education and support the students where the military does not. Even that is more complicated than it seems. It boils down to take better care of soldiers, yes. But when you have 5 military bases within city limits, the military money grossly inflated the cost of living thanks to the kikes here. San Diego has a similar problem, made even worse by the communist state government.
