"Experts" say it's the bird flu. It has "nothing" to do with the requirement that all eggs sold in Colorado must be "Cage Free" (they don't even know what that means). They are lying to you again, don't trust them for one moment.

From the post:

>When the avian flu swept the nation last fall, the country braced for an egg shortage. With egg prices continuing to rise, the Colorado Restaurant Association said local and family-owned restaurants are taking a hit. In a statement to FOX31, Sonia Riggs, president and CEO of the Colorado Restaurant Association, said, “We’re hearing of egg prices as high as six times what they were a year ago.” A Denver restaurant that has been in the community for nearly 40 years has seen many price increases to eggs in their time, but nothing this extreme.

Restaurants are suffering, to be sure.

But maybe it has a bit to do with the constant begging for 18%-25% (and sometimes automatically included) tips and the bullshit "fees" tacked on to the bills. Maybe, just maybe, people are tired of the current dining-out model.

Any rational person will understand having to pay an egg surcharge at this point. I bet they still get niggers bitching about it. Hopefully these prices come down soon. I would imagine the demand is weaker at these prices. I'm not sure what is going on with the bird flu side of it.
