More regulation and red tape has unintended consequences This is just fucking stupid. The short version is that the new regulation would require them to give a 37x37 ft easement to the city for "green space" that can never be built on. Why should this apply to a citizen trying to build/rebuild on their property? The intent was to require large developers to do things like this.
