Fucking moron was probably trying to steal copper. That has been a big problem in Aurora/Commerce City lately.

So they are looking for a zombie? Electrocution means "death by electricity" so no one survives being electrocuted. You can receive an electric shock and walk away, but that means you were not electrocuted. Stupid dipshits can't write and use grammar properly.
