The remains of 37-year-old Gaudy Garcia Pina, a citizen of Venezuela, were found in Boulder County in September. Workers surveying land in the 1000 block of Blue Mountain Road, northwest of Lyons in unincorporated Boulder County, found her body on Sept. 24.
Her boyfriend, 31-year-old Andres Eloy Martinez Perez, was arrested on Friday on a first-degree murder charge, the Boulder County Sheriff's Office said. He had reported her missing to Denver Police on July 15.
