Workers surveying land in the 1000 block of Blue Mountain Road, northwest of Lyons in unincorporated Boulder County, found her body on Sept. 24. Her boyfriend, 31-year-old Andres Eloy Martinez Perez, was arrested on Friday on a first-degree murder charge, the Boulder County Sheriff's Office said. He had reported her missing to Denver Police on July 15.
