Came here to say that. All government programs get raided by the government to pay for other things. This is just sick! Just more money laundering.

Exactly why I left the fucking city. I still own property in the city though and I notice all kinds of new and exciting line items on my tax bill to pay for shit i had no idea even existed. It's $30 for this, $150 for that, even $5 line items. In fucking insane.

Wish I had that option. I'd give a lot to live in rural places. But, bad life choices narrow what I can and can't do

Hope things change for you. I don't even like visiting the city anymore. It's niggers everywhere. Last time I ventured in, everywhere I went, niggers were used to wait on customers. It's not pleasant. Then the stink of pot is really bad.
