They all need to go back. Send the whole family, I don’t care. The state trying to trump federal law is ridiculous. They’re trying to protect illegal children by barring ICE from campuses. How about we stop federal funds from reaching any school that doesn’t comply with federal law? And then send them in with a federal warrant. Now they lost funding and the illegals were still deported. It’s a win-win.

Exactly. Fuvk them.

I hate much of the federal overreaching powers, but this is an area it is needed. As long as there is an expectation of reciprocity and interstate movement, Colorado and places like it do not get to set policy like this. They do not have the ability to unilaterally decide who is legal in the US.
