It does violate her rights specified by the 1st amendment; however, governments shouldn’t be in the business of promoting art because then only “approved” art is promoted and approved art is almost always atrocious.

Seth Levy, a B’Nai Vail representative at the Jewish Community Relations Council, said at first he was excited that SeeWalker was going to be featured in the program. Then, a couple of months later, he said his phone started blowing up with people telling him to check her social media.

“I was not surprised, but disappointed,” Levy said.

Of course he wasn't surprised. He knows how people feel about jews. He's disappointed that yet one more person called them out in public.
