The amount of people you see using these without a helmet is absurd. Yeah, I get it, you think you look dumb or don't want to carry a helmet around. Its your funeral man. Also, the amount of people zipping around dangerously is also crazy. They don't even try to be safe and end up often hurting themselves or others.

Yea, sue the manufacturer for being an idiot.

Your honor, the manufacturer didn't design the scooter for idiots like me. I want to send a loud message to companies that unless they design these things for complete morons, even drunk morons, they're liable!

Yeah, Im for taking warning labels off most things. The only problem here is when these fucking morons hurt other people. Even then, Sue the jackass that injured you. It's not like the company was driving the scooter.
