Mandatory vaccines, catering to the retards and no autonomy to actually teach important topics and skills make it so that smart, motivated people will stay away from this profession. Several former teachers work as cashiers in the resort areas up here, they’re happier, even though they work all year, and they make more money as a freaking cashier. They have a better quality of life working a minimum wage job. Think about that, it’s so miserable working for the Union controlled schools that they are HAPPIER and make more money selling trinkets to tourists.
