Black yelling at Asians. That is why the racially undescribed man's behavior was described as racial slurs. If he was white, he would have been described as a white nationalist Trump supporter attacks black councilwoman. .

Yeah, also, probably a LOT of drugs. The Hill/Downtown in Boulder has a high concentration of druggies.
