Honestly, I have no idea how effective this is/was and I am very skeptical of the "just add AI" movement. This very well could have been keeping cops from doing what is needed with the bullshit already tying their hands against these criminal fuck heads. Then again, it could have also been helping people that were being treated poorly by cops too. I don't have the data to really decide if its good or bad.
