Or, you know, they could arrest the dealers and the gang members. But, they can't... Because, that's racist. And they're so scared of being seen as racist. I think with the deportation of all non Whites, most of the drugs would dry up. This, due to boarder protections.Then, your method would act as the best deterrent. Now, your method is just racist. (I'm agreeing with a joked response, due to the work of art above.)
