The Citadel has been a shithole for years. More recently, they made the Citadel bus stop a major hub, bringing in all the losers from the area. I feel for the businesses, but most are sensible and have not been renewing their leases.

What a sad state of affairs for the Springs where crime is so bad in certain places that people are ordered not to go there for their own safety. I also noticed a pattern of hispanic names, which doesn't surprise me. Hispanics account for a disproportionate amount of crime in Colorado and it will only get worse with Biden's open border policies.
