Of course the flatlanders who voted for wolf reintroduction aren’t interested in the concerns of ranchers. They want to get rid of beef, one of the best proteins for humans. I hope every one of those liberals gets triggered by the photo of a dead calf. It wasn’t even eaten, they ate a haunch and left it.

And here's the problem: waiting for an authority to allow action. Just do it.

But you're correct, they want the wolves to destroy the beef industry.

Federally, wolves are still on the endangered species list or some shit like that and the ranchers will be prosecuted for killing them. With the collared wolves, the state will know where they were when they were shot and help w the prosecution. This is why the ranchers are asking for legal definitions and policies so that they can protect their herds. It’s just a big shit-show and the family ranchers are the ones taking the hits.

It’s legal to kill coyotes but not wolves, who are able to take down larger prey. Everything is ass-backwards by design, IMO.

That sounds nicer than “Killing livestock and baby livestock for sport and rarely eating the kill.”
