Add wolves, have livestock killed. Its not a really hard thing to figure out. I understand how adding wolves can be good and helps control wild dear/elk/etc population but sometimes they go after the easy kill with livestock.

Several of the wolves that were reintroduced in Colorado were KNOWN to go after livestock.. Its part of why the state they came from was willing to send them to CO in the first place..

From the post:

>Colorado Parks and Wildlife confirmed Monday that a calf died in Jackson County as a result of wolf depredation. This is the second confirmed depredation since wolves were reintroduced to the state in late 2023. The first confirmed report was in Grand County, which is located southeast of Jackson County. CPW said the calf was found dead early Sunday morning. Partial wolf tracks were also found nearby, and CPW said it was aware of four wolves — including some reintroduced in December — in the area.

Advice to ranchers: shoot, shovel and shut up. Also, bury the tracking device inside a Faraday bag.

Someone was talking about that here months ago. They might track the device to its last known location, so you should immediately take it on a long ride into the wilderness and then disable it.
