This builds on an ordinance passed in 2023 and takes a tougher stand on theft in the city of Aurora.

Pete Schulte, the city attorney, said Aurora has seen a large spike in retail theft while numbers for every other crime has decreased.

Right now, there is a mandatory minimum jail sentence of three days for retail theft of $300 or more. One new ordinance would lower that bar to $100. It would also increase jail time for repeat offenses. "

The yo-yo effect. Tougher laws end up with having a higher number of niggers in jail. Too many niggers being arrested for breaking laws results in laws being loosened up. Laws being loosened up results in niggers out committing more crime. See where I'm going with this?

Yeah, These laws need a sunset clause in them.. As in. "These laws CANNOT be changed for 100 years". So all of these bleeding heart liberals can't just wait 2 years to un-do all of the hard work...again.
