According to the agency, a woman walking on Lake Street at about 2:44 p.m. saw a man exposing himself in the Campus Arboretum, which is on the northwest side of campus. Police say the woman walked away from the area, but reported feeling followed for a short distance. She described the person exposing himself as white, male, and 6 feet tall with an average build. He was reportedly wearing a black shirt, black sweatpants and a mask."
