Yeah, its not considered the most safe area but it used to at least have a regular police presence. Maybe that's gone to hell too.

DPD tweeted Wednesday afternoon that the shooting happened at 700 Water Street where one victim was located.
The department also says the victim is in critical condition and it's working to develop a suspect in the shooting.
