Kenneth Albert Lif Jr., 37, allegedly was witnessed sexually assaulting a family member in June 2022, according to the Westminster Police Department. He was taken into custody by police on July 9, 2022, and released on bond 10 days later. As a condition of his release, he was required to wear a GPS ankle monitor."
