The Boulder Police Department said around 3:30 a.m. Monday, its officers responded to the Circle K at 2877 Baseline Road after receiving a report of a shooting. A man reported that he had just pulled into the Circle K when a man in a Mercedes, who was already there, began shooting at him, police said. The man was not hit, but his car was damaged in the gunfire."
