The attack happened at a home off of Portico Lane, which is just outside the Longmont city limits, the Boulder County Sheriff's Office (BCSO) said. Just after midnight on Dec. 19, deputies were called to the Portico Lane home for medical assistance. When first responders arrived, they found the victim suffering from blunt force trauma injuries, the sheriff's office said."
