Oh the irony. No one want's to use the office space Downtown so they are saying they will try to convert it to hosing (which will take years). Yet they are running stories that say Denver may soon have Too Many apartments and it will impact the market dropping prices all while there are record evictions at the same time. Liberal/Progressive policies lead to these things.
