High population of non-whites (Mostly Hispanic and black). Also a major intersection of several interstate routes which makes it Gang/Trafficking central.

Most people don't want to believe it but Colorado has a MASSIVE gang and organized crime problem and it branches out along the I-70 corridor. I should start posting more about Greeley. Its just as bad or worse.
