I guess that business owners and residents don't like the idea that Denver is basically already SF Lite. Good on him. Stuff like this is what makes people realize that these major (blue/progressive/liberal) metros are -shit-.

the homeless issues in these places are deliberate attacks on small business and home/property owners to drive down the cost of their space/land so it can be scooped up by something like blackrock for pennies.

Absolutely, There are plans in the works right now in the Denver Metro to convert several office buildings into (probably overpriced) apartments. They are saying that soon Denver might have TOO MANY apartments...thus driving the prices down over the entire area even more and possibly putting people under water causing a market crash.
