Highly unlikely - Polis might be a gay but when that stupid anti-white, anti-gun "here 4 the kids" group tried to push him to use an EO to ban guns he outright told them that it's not going to happen and its unconstitutional.

Now, that did NOT stop him from signing some unconstitutional control bills like rising the age to buy long-guns to 21 and imposing a 3-day waiting period for getting a gun.. All of which are being challenged and in time should also be struck down.
