Is parker still considered one of the "nice" areas? Last I read the houses there cost a crazy amount (more than a lot of the metro area). I just keep seeing shit like this popping up in the news.

From the post: Police in Parker are searching for a driver after a deadly hit-and-run crash on Monday. Officials with the Colorado Bureau of Investigation issued a Medina Alert in the case and dash cam video in hopes that the public will help them locate the driver

The driver was described as being a Black male of unknown age and his passenger was a Black female.

Parker is supposed to be a rural community if I recall correctly. Apparently Denver is leaking into the rural areas.

Oh, it was... A long time ago. Parker looks just like another suburb with houses packed tight enough (in the new areas) to pass your news paper to your neighbor out your bathroom window into theirs.

At least it was when I saw it a few years back.

There are still areas where people got in early and have a nice sized property. Probably with millions now even with all of the crime.
