Really like that last line. They want permanent hand outs from the government. They do not want to "solve" any issue. They want to get paid to make sure no valid solution ever exists.

When I look at governments and NGOs, all I see are opportunists searching for ways to steal from the goodwill of taxpayers/denizens.
