Well, it only took Colorado having the worst auto theft in the nation for several years for them to finally "do something" about it. Don't worry though, I am sure all of the liberal/progressive AG's will vacate any ruling that actually uses this law.

I member hearing about the Californians moving in around the middle '90s but didnt understand at the time what fucking commie garbage they were dragging along with them.
