Post has been updated with some video. Apparently the people in the crashed car were NOT arrested. The cops thought they were such a threat they pulled a pit on them and made them crash into a house but then just questioned and released them? They clearly were running from the cops if the officer had to hit them with their vehicle.

The two men were questioned by investigators and released, said the Sheriff's Office, which referred to them as persons of interest. No arrests have been made.
