Looks like very expensive virtue signaling to me. (Yawn). Politics as usual.

FTA:. "This allows firefighters to go up against a blaze while safeguarding air quality and reducing emissions."

So, while a house fire is belching toxic smoke these clowns are worried about reducing emissions. Got it.
