This is basically a diesel electric truck. But really, what could ever go wrong. Never mind that it can only haul 500 to 750 gallons of water but this just feels like another "of all of the damn things to make electric, WHY".

Looks like very expensive virtue signaling to me. (Yawn). Politics as usual.

FTA:. "This allows firefighters to go up against a blaze while safeguarding air quality and reducing emissions."

So, while a house fire is belching toxic smoke these clowns are worried about reducing emissions. Got it.
