If you are in the Denver area and Casa Bonita is open, it is worth the trip to go at least once. The restaurant/entertainment place was made (more) famous with the South Park episodes of cartman being obsessed with Casa Bonita. The episode(s) fairly realistically depicted most of the attractions and if you have been there you would see it yourself. Denver may still be a hell hole (and Casa Bonita being on Colfax is not the best area) but this is one of the attractions worth seeing if you will be in the area anyway.
