Sounds like a scene right out of GTA. Crazy woman goes on attempted (and failed) carjacking spree. Had a bag with a guns/drugs with her. Fired shots in the air several times.

"Officers initially responded to a report of shots fired around 1:30 p.m. Monday near East Hampden Avenue and South Dahlia Street and learned that a woman, later identified as Dicarlo, had tried to carjack multiple people, the affidavit says."
"Investigators later found multiple firearms in bags that Dicarlo had. Two of the guns had been reported stolen. One of the bags also contained more than 100 pills that are suspected to be fentanyl."
