A 12 year old is dead after the owner of a stolen car tracked it down using an app. The 12 year old is believed to have exchanged gun fire with the owner resulting in them getting shot. "Other" people that were with the stolen car have not yet been found and ran from the scene.
The owner of the car is not currently arrested/charged.
