This seems pretty spot on. It's just astounding to me how any individual can become so demoralized or lose their identity so much that they exactly fit the NPC meme without any self awareness. I mean, I've listened to Yuri Bezmenov about demoralization, but I just can't grasp how anyone falls for it. For some reason, I can't help but occasionally go to comment sections on Reddit purposefully to reaffirm my beliefs and see how deluded the conversations have become surrounding certain topics - despite my sense of disgust. Know thy enemy and all.
