While it’s hard to know exactly why the increase is happening
Gee, let me guess, is it because police are too busy threatening people to wear masks and making sure there are no businesses opened that shouldn't be? Or is being called a racist preventing police from arresting niggers? Or perhaps the police have been defunded?

It’s a mystery. Here the police don’t enforce masks, the town/county just threaten business owners with bankruptcy and have them enforce the masks.
