One day I was working in a shop with another MIG welder and I told him I felt really off, I couldnt catch up on oxygen. He told me to go lay upside down so that my lungs were that way and hold your mouth open to let the gas escape. Argon is so heavy that it settles in the bottom of your lungs and cant leave without a little help.

"Lay upside down"....does that mean get one of those inverted plank machines or boot rigs that hang you upside down by your ankles?

that would be effective in accomplishing the goal, but you can also accomplish the goal by laying upside down on you your bed if your bed is tall enough.

Plank your body upside down somewhere between 45 and 90 degrees using a side of the bed?

imagine you're laying with your back against the bed like normal, then you inch yourself across the bed until your head and lungs are below your legs and youre looking at the world upside down at a 90 degrees, like a kid trying to see the world upside down. Your mouth just needs to be below your lungs, then you exhale as much as you can, probably stay like that meditating until all the gases pass
