Edited picture from my hero academia, a popular Japanese anime. the black eye was added in. the baby in the photo is a mid tier hero in that universe who can "lock" things into place for a bit if I recall. Really took the life out of the series for me personally. Lotta good characters minus the main protagonist and this character. Heroes All Might and Lemillion are probably the best.
