Yeah, they always try to bring up these weird edge cases that almost never happen, like rape/incest/it would kill the mom/etc, that might persuade someone in the middle to be sympathetic, but what they're advocating for is never limited to those cases so why is it relevant when your goal is to allow it under all circumstances? It's like trying to argue for legalizing all theft because one time someone stole food to feed a starving child.

Edit: Also, I just wanted to point out that the woman's body her choice argument is a little bit disingenuous. It's almost never really about that. If it was, then why would late term abortions be an issue? Your body's pretty well gone through whatever changes are going to happen. If they were arguing in good faith (a term I usually hate) then they would concede that it's about the subsequent 18 years rather than that 9 months.
